Major research areas have been consumer food-related lifestyle and food choice, retailing and distribution, market-oriented product development, and competence building in food companies. The Centre has published widely in scientific outlets and has at the same time numerous dissemination activities aimed at practitioners in the food sector. The MAPP Centre is located at the Aarhus School of Business and at present the Centre employs 17 full-time researchers.
