Helsinki Mills Ltd. is a family owned flour milling company, with its roots in the Baltic States dating from the 15th Century.

Helsinki Mills Ltd. has three plants, two in Finland and one in Estonia. The work with organic flour and porridge flakes started in 1995 and Helsinki Mills Ltd. has been the leading organic mill in Finland since 1998. Organic grain crops and products, especially oats and rye, in Finland, are of very high quality and have sensory and processing characteristics that match corresponding conventional grain crops and products.
